  • Ignoring the advice of peers– Effective instructional techniques evolve over time; what you learned in teaching school could no longer be applicable to the pupils you’re now working with. Aside from reading this blog, of course, observing what others do is the best method to improve your own training. Inquire with another teacher about sitting in on their class if you have a free period. Ask for feedback after filming your own class and distribute copies. Watching instructional and inspirational films of other teachers is certainly beneficial but utilising the tools in your own area should be where you begin.
  • Failing to establish relevance– While it is important to keep your education career-relevant, it is equally important to discover what is relevant in your area.
